15-19 out f 20- You have times when stress can get to you. Adding some focused time each day to your well-being is recommended.

10-14 out of 20 Stress seems to be a recurring factor in your life. You may find that you experience anger easily, are often tired, and experiencing physical symptoms. Addressing your stress would be a good idea at this time so that it doesn’t begin to take over your life.

9 and below- It is highly recommended that you create a  stress management strategy for your life.
