It is no secret that today we are living in a world with increasing amounts of stress. Below are some stress statistics that you might find interesting.

Three quarters of Americans experience symptoms related to stress in a given month:

77% experience physical symptoms

73% experience psychological symptoms

One-third of Americans feel they are living with extreme stress

About half of Americans (48%) feel that their stress has increased over the past five years.

It is inevitable that we are all going to experience stress in our lives. Managing the way we deal with stress is our personal responsibility and thankfully, there are many tools out there to effectively manage even the busiest of lifestyles. Some of these tools are free and just take focused time and a learning of new skills-examples: meditation and breathing. Others have a cost associated with them, but are well worth it when it comes to optimal well-being- examples: massage and  hypnotherapy.

We have many talented practitioners and teachers here at Rose Tree Holistic Health that are also practicing managing the stress in their own lives.
