Mission Statement
My mission is to enhance my client’s health and well being. I will serve my clients to my best knowledge and ability and make them feel special and understood.
I believe in the natural healing of our body and like to help everybody who is open-minded to be aware of this unique ability.
Through interaction with my clients I`ll always give my best to meet their needs. Through continuing education I want to improve my knowledge, skills and confidence and learn from more experience practitioners.
The feet we take for granted
The human foot is an architectural masterpiece. 28 bones, 33 joints and four arches in each foot balance, support and transport the entire body weight. This structure of the foot forms the base and anchorage point for the upright position of a human being. Any impairment of this structure can displace the center of gravity and can result in knee, leg and calf, also in back pains.
Take care of yourself with Reflexology
Reflexology is a scientific art based on the premise that there are zones and reflex areas in the feet and hands which correspond to all body parts. Application of pressure to these reflex points using thump, finger and hand techniques result in stress reduction, improved circulation and elimination of energy blockage, all of which enhances the body’s ability to heal itself. The reflexologist does not diagnose or treat special medical conditions or illnesses. By working either foot or hand entirely, the reflexologist helps the clients body return to a state of balance through the relaxation process which promotes the healing power.
Although reflexology is safe there are times to avoid working on the foot including
severe edema (swelling), current fractures and injuries, recent surgeries, contagious and infectious diseases,
after an organ transplant until released from the physician and during the first three month of pregnancy.

"Some of my clients fall asleep during my session
and wake up very refreshed and relaxed. Reflexology helped to heal
one client's ear ache, neck, head and shoulder pain and cleared
sinus infection immediately after the session.
After working on a tennis elbow once a week for eight
weeks my client had no pain anymore. It's a very effective method
and for me as a Reflexologist it's lot of fun to help my clients
to feel better."
