Gabi
Cipollone - Certified Reflexology Therapist
Born and raised in Germany, Gabriele began in the sport of rowing at age 13. As a result of her hard work and the dedication to the sport
of rowing, she participated in the 1976 and 1980 Olympics and came
home with a gold medal both times.
After high school she studied at the University of Dresden/Germany
Civil Engineering and worked as a Construction Manager until she
moved 1995 with her two boys to the USA to marry her husband Mike.
Not speaking English well, she started to do what she knows best,
to coach rowing and shortly afterwards became a certified Personal
Trainer.
Since beginning of her athletic career, she always focused on a
moderated healthy lifestyle, including exercise, eating, sleeping
and using holistic methods to keep her energy level in balance and
her body healthy and strong. Some of the methods she used are acupuncture,
massage, reflexology and yoga. Soon she wanted to know more about
energy in and around us.
Gabriele studied Reflexology and Touch for Health with missionary
nuns at the Center for Human Integration in Philadelphia. She became
an avid student of reflex points, energy flow and meridians and
would like to share her knowledge with you.
What is Reflexology?
Reflexology is a holistic method, which involves pressure and massage
of the reflex points found on the feet and hands. These reflex points
are directly related to parts and systems of the body.
The Reflexologist is able to work on specific areas of the body
through the feet and activate the ability of the body to heal itself.
Reflexology is extremely effective in reducing stress, relaxing
muscle, improving circulation, detoxing and cleansing of the body.

Results
"Some of my clients fall asleep during my session
and wake up very refreshed and relaxed. Reflexology helped to heal
one client's ear ache, neck, head and shoulder pain and cleared
sinus infection immediately after the session.
After working on a tennis elbow once a week for eight
weeks my client had no pain anymore. It's a very effective method
and for me as a Reflexologist it's lot of fun to help my clients
to feel better."
