Testimonials for Carlton:

“As a 10-year client of  Carlton’s, I understand so much more about my body-_how all parts of the body are interconnected. She has an eclectic style and holistic approach that makes you aware of how energy is flowing or how it is stuck. Her body awareness training combined with good, strong vigorous massage makes seeing her a real treat . She takes time to check in with you and learn what is going on for you. This is a quality that you would not typically find with most practitioners. Carlton is a vital link in my personal wellness program ~ W.B., Wayne, PA

“Wow. I just had the healing hands of  ”God” take all the pain away from me through Carlton who is truly gifted and a good sou!.”~visitor at a local Chester County Health Fair

“I am a long time believer in the benefits of massage therapy and for many years went for a monthly massage, mainly for the purpose of relaxation. Last year I was diagnosed with breast cancer and underwent 9 months of treatment, which included surgery, 4 months of chemotherapy, and 7 weeks of radiation. When faced with serious illness and the ensuing months of medical treatment, it is very easy for one to disconnect from the physical self. It is also easy to become  passive and somewhat withdrawn from the essential connection between mind and body that promotes a more holistic, healthy experience of life. I was very fortunate in that the medical professionals involved in my treatment were supportive of therapeutic massage. I found massage an essential component in my return to health. Therapeutic massage sessions with Carlton have helped me reconnect to my physical self and to once again become an active participant in life. I would strongly recommend therapeutic massage to anyone, but in particular to those battling a serious illness. My return to health would not have been complete without it.”~Elizabeth W.

“This was very relaxing. Tips on breathing in positive thoughts to focus on them-even for a moment- during this stressful time- was very helpful. Personal attention to my needs is greatly appreciated.” ~Deb W
